At Milde & Co, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and what to do if you experience any issues with delivery.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
1.1 Current Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following locations:

United Kingdom: All addresses within the UK, including Northern Ireland

Planned Expansion: We plan to expand shipping to the European Union, United States, and Nordic countries in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we begin shipping to your region
1.2 Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (BFPO), or certain remote locations. If your address is not supported, you will be notified during checkout.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
2.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Standard Delivery
Our standard shipping method offers:

Carrier: Shipped via trusted UK carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, or similar)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or public holidays). We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We plan to offer expedited shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
3.1 UK Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total value of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard UK Shipping: £3.95 (or free on orders over £50)

Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations
3.2 Future International Shipping
When we begin shipping to the EU, US, and Nordic countries, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
4. ORDER TRACKING
4.1 Dispatch Notification
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with:

A link to track your shipment online
4.2 Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email. If you have not received a tracking number or are experiencing issues, please contact us at support@mildeandco.com.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
5.1 Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe (2-5 working days after dispatch), please:

Check the tracking information to see the current status of your shipment

Contact us at support@mildeandco.com if your order is significantly delayed (more than 7 working days after dispatch)
5.2 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery

Look in safe places around your property where the carrier may have left the package

Contact us immediately at support@mildeandco.com if you still cannot locate your package. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
If the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at your preference.
5.3 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:

Take photographs of the damaged packaging and products

Contact us at support@mildeandco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
We will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, at your preference.
6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery if the address error was on your part.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
When we begin offering international shipping, customers outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any applicable charges before placing an international order.
8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered after multiple delivery attempts (e.g., due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect), it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping fees may apply.
If you do not respond within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
